Trustees

Jon Wilkinson, Chair, is a retired Marketing Professional and former Chief Executive of a large international market research corporation. He has considerable experience in strategic change and a significant understanding of organic growth and acquisitions.

Bill Gallagher, Treasurer is a Chartered Accountant working in an international advertising agency.  His current focus is on improving the quality and reliability of financial reporting systems and processes.

James Mullan is a Barrister employed in the music industry.

Martino Smits is a Marketing and Management professional with considerable multicultural and international development experience.

Monica Davis is a co-opted Trustee following the merger with Harrow Women's Aid. She is currently a Lecturer Practitioner working as a health visitor, focussing on health promotion with diverse client groups including vulnerable children and adults. Monica also works as a Lecturer in public health and primary care to pre and post registration nurses.

David Powell is an independent consultant working on supported housing and the links to other accommodation provision for vulnerable people.

Frances Green has wide experience in human resources and organisational behaviour, and runs her own buisness providing mediation and other dispute management / conflict resolution services.

Gordon King currently leads the Health and Social Care for Criminal Justice programme (HSCCJ) at the Department of Health.

Harriet Cain has almost 30 years public sector service delivery experience.  This has spanned  Housing, Social Services, Regeneration and Customer Services. She has an MA in Social Policy and Administration and a postgraduate Management Diploma specifically geared to the public and voluntary sector.  She is currently working as a Senior Consultant for the Social Enterprise, Slivers of Time.

Meredith Niles is an investment executive for a venture philanthropy organisation, helping ambitious charities build their capacity and scale up their social impact.  Previously, she worked in investment banking, specialising in corporate finance and M&A.

Martin Cheeseman OBE has nearly 40 years experience in the housing and social care world. He has recently retired from being a Director of Housing & Community Care in the London Borough of Brent and now runs his own housing and social care consultancy.
