Become a pool worker

Hestia values and recognises the contribution Pool Workers can make towards providing a high standard and professional service in its projects.

Pool Workers provide occasional and ad-hoc cover across Hestia’s projects to fill staff vacancies or where permanent staff are absent through sickness, annual leave or attendance at training courses.

Hestia is committed to providing all Pool Workers with an informative introduction to Hestia, access to relevant learning and developmental courses, regular support meetings, and an opportunity to identify relevant learning and development needs.  In return Pool Workers will be expected to make a commitment to working within Hestia’s Code of Conduct and all other relevant operational policies and procedures in relation to the work to be undertaken.
