Domestic Abuse Services - Children & Families Refuge Volunteers

Hestia supports women and children who have experienced domestic abuse and is seeking volunteers to help families in our summer play-schemes.

We offer valuable experience, induction, training, support, a volunteers’ event and paid expenses.

We would like to hear from women with experience of working with children and an understanding of domestic abuse to help in our refuges in Brent, Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, Ealing, Hammersmith, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kingston and Wandsworth.

We need help in the daytime on week-days from mid July to early September for 2-3 days a week.

Volunteer Drivers - Age Activity Centre, Tooting

We need drivers aged over 25 years with a clean driving licence to transport frail, elderly people from their homes to the Centre for lunch and activities and then back home again.
